2026 Ranked feels different — how are the MMR and rank distribution changes affecting your climb?

Riot recently talked about changes to MMR and rank distribution in 2026, and a lot of players feel the ladder is different this season. Does ranked feel fairer to you now, or just harder to read? Have your placements, LP gains, or climb speed changed compared to last year?
